I have subscribed to Helium 10 on and off with my last subscription starting last June. Every time I've subscribed to the Platinum plan I was able to download my Refund Genie report once a month. This month I'm unable to download it. I contacted support and they are telling me Refund Genie is no longer available under the Platinum plan. Nobody gave me any notice. How can you sign up to a plan that offers certain features only for one or more of the features you signed up for to be removed without notice!
Here's their ridiculous explanation of why, I've copied and pasted
"We found an oversight in our system that lifted the limitation allowing Platinum subscriptions to have the ability to download reports. As you can see on our billing page, Platinum subscriptions have limited access to Refund Genie.

On December 5, 2022, we released an update for Refund Genie; unknowingly, the update fixed this oversight. Platinum subscriptions can no longer download reports as they fit the current subscription model. Fortunately, you were able to benefit from the accidental lift of the limitation, having the ability to use the tool to its fullest potential for some time and seeing how resourceful it can be."

A whole lot of meaningless faff! I used to be able to download my reports as part of my subscription!!

Their solution is to offer me 20% off the diamond subscription for 6 months. They want me to pay 2.5 times what I'm currently paying for what I used to have included in my package?

I've cancelled my subscription, what a scam!!! What a complete disgrace, you really ought to be ashamed of yourselves. How can anybody trust anything you offer or say? Absolutely disgusting!!

Tried to cancel my subscription and it was never cancelled and I was charged again. Contacted the support team and they 'had no record' of the cancellation, and refused to refund it despite there being no usage.
Customer service was rude and not helpful.

This software and team are game changers! The tools are the best, the training is the best. If I didn't have H10 I would have to spend 10 times the hours to get half of the results. They're always adding and offering new tools, faster than I can master them. Helium 10 is my can't live without software suite for all things Amazon and eCommerce. Thanks!

Horrible support. Adtomic is just a huge waste of money and actually damaged months of hard ppc work that is now not possible to revert because there is no option which is also crazy. AdTomic is still in beta but make you pay such high prices - Feels like I am a lab rat and paying to be one.

This tool is absolutely needed for every Amazon seller who wants to perform. Out of my experience H10 have the most reliable data, like sales estimate, search volume and so on.H10 makes the searching, the listing building and keyword research super easy and well founded.

Unfortunately, the negative reviews are real. I have rexently had the same experience as so many others, trying to cancel a subscription that should have already been cancelled but that resulted in me being billed again. Helium 10 essentially benefitted from my $99/month for 2 months despite me barely using the service after the first few weeks. And despite me trying to cancel, it seems clear that they would prefer to keep my money for month 3 and leave a paying customer feeling disgruntled and inclined to never do future business with them, than to simply do the right thing and grant a refund. I followed up immediately once I saw the email confirming I'd been charged for a 3rd month -- within about 2 hours -- and all they did was email me citing their terms and conditions and including a bunch of screenshots. Then had the audacity to follow up to that email saying "We sent you a message with questions and have yet to receive a response. If you need further assistance or the issue/concern you had is not uet resolved, please do not hesitate to reach out." They didnt send me any questions and they know full well that my issue was not resolved and have done everything to let me know that they are unwilling to rectify the issue. My records confirm that I pursued cancelllation on Dec 16 and so I was genuinely surprised to have been charged again, and even more surprised at the response I got once I reached out.

Helium 10, your customer service needs some serious work and I can honestly say that while I was not ready to use your service now, you have certainly guaranteed that I will never use the service in the future once my business gets up and running. If anyone reading this is considering using Helium 10, please save yourself the headache and research other companies and products (they have tons of competitors, some even free!) that have more positive reviews, a better track record when it comes to customer service, and that genuinely value their customers. Helium 10 does not.

Very poor customer service!! I cancelled my subscription by the end of the first month. They instead upgraded my subscription and charge me more money. I also, found other products from other sellers account added to my H10 account, which seems to be a security bug in the tools. I contacted the customer service multiple times via chat and explained all of that and asked for a refund, but surprisingly they said I reactivated my account which never happened, and rejected to refund me. I asked many times to speak to the customer service team but always receive a response from the billing department. Very weird!!

I have been using h10 for over 5 years and I will probably use them for as long as I will have an Amazon and Walmart Business. It's everything you need and more. Maybe a little too much if you're just starting out, but in that case you can probably do very well with the free plan.

NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!!!

I used their service for one month and did not want to continue. by end of the month I got a mail that payment is unsuccessful and asked to update card details so renew subscription. As I didn't want to extend I did not take any action.
To my surprise after two days the fees got deducted, next within an hours I send a mail to cancel and refund the amount.
Now they are not ready to refund. I do not want to use but they are insisting to use for one month.

This is unethical practice, when my card was unsuccessful to renew why did they cut money from my card again after two days.

Now they are not ready to refund, after reading all comments looks like its a big fraud going on, they feed your card information and every month they keep auto renewing.

They do not have any refund policy. Please be careful of this fraud company.

Helium10 changed my life. Seriously... the wealth of information, the support available, the sheer volume of tools - all of this goes into an amazing platform that is worth its weight in gold. After deciding to launch my product on Amazon, I was confused by all the choices for PPC, keywords, ranking and on and on. I signed up for Helium10 and went through the Freedom Ticket program. I came away with a thorough understanding of how to launch an Amazon product/store. As time went on, I reached out to support many times and always got the most helpful info and quickly too. I've been in webinars with Kevin King and Bradley Sutton - two Amazon Powerhouses! The resources available are pretty astonishing. I will say this - you have to put in the time and energy to take advantage of all the resources. There is no magic bullet. But if you utilize the tools and resources on Helium10 you're more than likely to succeed - a lot more likely than if you try to do it alone without these tools. Put in the effort and use the tools. It's well worth it.

Helium 10 Unethical Subscription Policy - STAY AWAY!!! TAKE YOUR CREDIT CARDS OUT OF THEIR SYSTEM!!!

Their Data might be useful to Amazon sellers, but their Subscription Policy is really a SCAM.

I have different teams, so I have subscribed to several Helium 10s. One of my Helium 10 accounts I canceled in November 2022 and asked the Helium 10 Agent in chat to remove all my bank info from this account as I could not remove it.

But today I found a charge of more than $2000 for one year Diamond Plan for this account, and that I did not do.

I contacted Helium 10 and they said they could not cancel. This was just within a day, really??? They even encouraged me to dispute the case with the bank. It looks like they are ready for this with their terms & conditions.

This is really a SCAM. When I checked Google, so many people liked me. I will fight with them, work with my lawyer and report to The Federal Trade Commission.

If you face the same issue, DO NOT LET IT GO.

REPORT ON THIS & REPORT TO The Federal Trade Commission.

STOP them from the unethical plans, too many people lost money because of THIS.

Super excited to work with Helium 10. Very useful software for Amazon Sellers of any levels.
They also have lots of free trainings and tutorial. Highly recommend it to everyone in the e-commerce world
